Acceptable use and fair use policy
Last updated: April 27, 2026
This policy supplements our Terms of service and describes prohibited conduct and fair resource expectations. Contact: legal@pluxion.com.
1. Prohibited conduct
- Illegal content or activity, malware, phishing, fraud, or impersonation.
- Unsolicited spam, purchased lists without valid consent, or practices that violate anti-spam laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM or others).
- Network/system attacks (DDoS, brute force, exploitation), unauthorized crypto mining, or API abuse.
- Distribution of content that infringes intellectual property rights without authorization.
- Reselling or use that competes with the service unless expressly allowed in writing for your plan.
2. Email and messaging
You must comply with sender requirements, reasonable sending rates, and identification rules. We may throttle or suspend sending that harms platform reputation or other customers.
3. Fair use (hosting and shared services)
Plans are intended for typical client sites and applications. You may not monopolize CPU, RAM, disk, or bandwidth in a sustained way that degrades service for others. Exact per-plan limits (CPU, storage, bandwidth, mailboxes, marketing sends, etc.) should be published in product documentation once finalized.
4. Customer responsibility
You are responsible for hosted or sent content and must be able to demonstrate rights or permissions where required.
5. Notices and complaints
Copyright or other infringement notices (e.g., DMCA in the US) should be sent to legal@pluxion.com with information required by applicable law.
6. Enforcement
We may warn, throttle, suspend, or terminate based on severity, including immediate suspension for egregious abuse (malware, clear illegal activity).
7. Changes
We may update this policy; check the “Last updated” date above.
