2. Acceptance
By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy policy.
3. Services
Pluxion provides digital infrastructure and related tools (for example hosting, DNS, email, email marketing, and related modules) depending on your active subscription. Specific features depend on your plan and configuration.
4. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and notify us of unauthorized use. Account closure may be requested through the panel or by emailing legal@pluxion.com.
5. Plans, pricing, and billing
Published prices may be subject to applicable taxes. Renewal, payment method, cancellation, and refund rules are governed by checkout disclosures and your agreement with the payment processor.
6. Acceptable use and fair use
You must comply with applicable law and our Acceptable use and fair use policy. Serious violations may result in suspension or termination.
7. Your content and IP
You retain rights to your content. You grant us the license reasonably needed to operate the service. You must not infringe third-party rights; copyright complaints may be handled under applicable law.

9. Availability and changes
We may update features with reasonable notice when practicable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability unless a separate written SLA explicitly states otherwise.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Plux Company LLC’s aggregate liability is limited as allowed by law and your plan terms. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in that case the minimum legally required protection applies.
11. Governing law and disputes
Unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Venue, arbitration, or class-action waivers should be set with your attorney.
