Direct upload, even for very large files

Files go to private storage with multipart upload so a multi-gigabyte video doesn't stall halfway.

From Pro you can protect the transfer with a password and set how many times it can be downloaded before locking.

Your domain on the download page

On Business the link can be transfers.yourcompany.com. Same delivery, but the recipient sees your brand, not a third party's.

The max size per transfer cannot exceed your plan's free space. When a transfer expires or you revoke it, the files are deleted and you get that space back.

Frequently asked questions.

How is it like WeTransfer and how is it different?
The experience is the same one you know: upload files, send a link or email and the other person downloads without creating an account. The difference is you don't pay a separate subscription, the transfer lives in the same account where you already have hosting, email and CRM, and from Pro you can put your logo on the download page. On Business, even your own domain. Plus you see who downloaded and when, not just whether «someone» did.
Does the recipient need a Pluxion account?
No. Whoever gets the link or email opens a public page, sees the message you wrote and downloads the files without signing up. Only on Business can you require them to confirm their email address with a code before downloading, to make sure it's the right person.
What happens when a transfer expires?
The link stops working and the files are removed from storage automatically. You get back the space they used. We notify you 24 hours before the expiry date so you can extend the deadline or resend if needed. You can also revoke manually at any time, with the same immediate effect.
Can I use my own domain on the download page?
Yes, on the Business plan. You set a CNAME record on the domain you already manage in Pluxion —for example transfers.yourcompany.com— and the download page is served under your brand. The recipient doesn't see share.pluxion.com or a third-party logo: they see yours. On Pro you get branding (logo and colours) but the host remains Pluxion's.
How do I know if my client already downloaded the files?
In the panel you see a timeline per transfer: when it was created, when each email was sent and each recipient's first download with date and time. If you only shared a link, you get an alert when someone downloads for the first time. It's the same kind of tracking paid market services offer, but integrated with your operation.
How does it relate to the media library?
Transfers live inside the media library, on the Transfers tab. You can send files you'd already uploaded or upload new ones in the same flow. When the transfer expires or you revoke it, only that transfer's files are deleted; what you keep in the library for campaigns or your logo stays put.
Can I protect a transfer with a password?
Yes, from the Pro plan. When creating the transfer you set a password you share through another channel —WhatsApp, a call, SMS— and the recipient must enter it on the download page before seeing the files. You can also limit how many times the set can be downloaded before the link locks.
Is there a limit on how many active transfers I can have?
Yes, as a housekeeping measure: 10 on Starter, 50 on Pro and unlimited on Business. An «active» transfer is any that hasn't expired or been revoked yet. When it expires or you close it, it frees a slot for a new one. There's no monthly cap on «how many you can send in total» as long as you respect simultaneous actives and each transfer's size.
