Frequently asked questions.

Do I need to know WordPress to run it?

Not for day-to-day work. Adding products, fulfilling orders, checking customers, connecting payments and changing currency or country all happen in the Pluxion panel. The store is still standard WordPress with WooCommerce, so you're never locked in.

What still happens inside WooCommerce?

The advanced parts: extra shipping zones, tax rates by region or product, and the store's email templates. Settings gives you a direct link to each of those screens, so it's one click, not a hunt.

How do I get paid and who holds the money?

You paste your own Stripe or PayPal keys and the money goes straight into your accounts: Pluxion never sits in the middle. Secrets are stored encrypted and never shown again. You can also switch on bank transfer or cash on delivery.

Does the store count as one of my plan's sites?

Yes, and there's no separate bill. It takes one of your plan's active sites and shares the hosting storage. We don't charge per product, per order or by sales volume.

Do buyers end up on my mailing list?

Only those who agree. Checkout shows an unticked box; whoever ticks it joins an audience of your store, ready for campaigns. If a contact had already unsubscribed or bounced, that state is respected.

Can my team access the store?

Yes, with roles. Any member of your organization can view the store and its data, but only the owner and admins change prices, order statuses, settings and payment methods. Everyone else sees those actions locked.
