Frequently asked questions.

Can I send large files to clients from here?

Yes. Transfers live in the same library, on the Transfers tab: upload or pick files, send a link or email and the recipient downloads without an account. You get per-recipient tracking, automatic expiry and, on higher plans, a password and your brand on the download page. There's a full page in the Transfers section of the catalogue.

Is the library billed separately?

No. It's included in Starter, Pro and Business, with the same features on all three: the only difference is the available space.

Where does the space my files take up come from?

From your plan's Pluxion Storage: 5 GB on Starter, 10 GB on Pro and 20 GB on Business. It's a single budget shared by this library, your campaign images, form attachments, hosting backups and the quota you assign to each mailbox. Your websites' space is counted separately.

What can I upload and how big can it be?

Images in JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP and SVG up to 10 MB, and attachments in PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ZIP, TXT and CSV up to 25 MB. Any other format is rejected before taking up space, with a message telling you why.

Can I paste the URL into a site outside Pluxion?

Yes: every file has a public URL you copy with one click and it works in any email, site or external tool. For exactly that reason, anyone with the link can open it: don't put confidential documents there. Private files with temporary links are under evaluation.

Does anything break if I rename a file?

No. What you edit is the display name, the one you see in the library and in the picker. The file's original name and its public URL stay untouched, so anything already pointing at that image keeps working.

What exactly happens when I delete a file?

It's removed from the library and from the storage itself, so you genuinely get the space back. It's immediate and there's no undo, which is why we always ask for confirmation and cap bulk deletion at 50 files per operation. A 30-day trash bin is planned.
