Business email

Open webmail

Where to find access and the first login.

Where it is

Webmail is the browser inbox for your @yourcompany mailboxes. You do not need to install a client on day one.

  1. In the dashboard, go to Email or Business email.
  2. Look for the webmail / open inbox link or button.
  3. The mail sign-in page opens (it may be a new tab).
  4. If you do not see the link, check that at least one mailbox exists. Without a mailbox, there is no inbox to open.

Bookmark webmail once you have it. Then you can enter without always going through the dashboard.

First login

  1. Use the full address (you@yourdomain.com), not only the username.
  2. Enter the mailbox password (the one you set when creating it), not your Pluxion password.
  3. If it fails, try resetting the mailbox password from Email in the dashboard.
  4. Once inside, send a test message and check the sent folder.

If login works but new messages do not arrive, the next step is checking MX. Webmail only shows what the server receives.

On devices, you can set up IMAP/SMTP later if the dashboard or mailbox docs show it. Start with webmail to confirm everything is alive.

If you forgot the mailbox password, reset it from Email in the dashboard and sign in to webmail again with the new password. Do not use your Pluxion account password. Those are different logins. If webmail opens but the inbox is empty and you expected messages, check MX and spam at the same time.

Tip

Sign out on shared computers. An info@ mailbox left open on a borrowed laptop is an avoidable risk.
