What’s in your 7-day trial

What you can use

Your 7-day trial exists so you can set up the essentials without pressure: dashboard, domain (connect or buy depending on the flow), hosting and site, email if the plan includes it, forms, and the rest of Núcleo you see active. The welcome idea is simple: you are in, start setup.

Use it to connect a domain, create the site, check DNS, and open the Help Center. You do not need to "finish the company" in seven days. You do want the critical pieces moving.

When charging starts

During the trial the plan is not charged as a normal subscription cycle. When the 7 days end, if you did not cancel and you have a valid payment method, billing for the plan you chose begins. Check Billing for the trial end date and the linked plan.

If you add domains or other separate charges, read the summary before you confirm. The trial covers the plan subscription. Extra items may have their own rules at checkout.

Cancel or choose a plan

1. Go to Billing or Plan in the dashboard.
2. Review the current plan and the date the trial ends.
3. If you want to continue, make sure the payment method is up to date.
4. If you do not want to continue, cancel or prevent conversion before day 7 ends, following the billing flow.
5. If you want another plan, change it there before or at conversion, as the portal allows.

Leaving it undecided is also a decision. The system will follow the trial rule (charge or cut access) based on how your account is set.

Tip

Set a reminder on day 5. Two days are enough to decide calmly, not at 11 p.m. on day 7.
