Create a form and see responses
New form, publish, and where responses land.
New form
Forms capture leads and messages without building something by hand.
- In the dashboard, go to Forms.
- Create a new form and give it an internal name (Web contact, Quote request, and so on).
- Add the fields you need: name, email, phone, message. Only the essentials.
- Save the draft.
Fewer fields, more submissions. Every extra question reduces replies.
Publish
- Publish or activate the form when it is ready.
- Copy the link or embed code the dashboard gives you.
- Place it on your site (contact page, landing, or footer).
- Submit a test yourself to confirm the flow works end to end.
If you change fields after publishing, test again. A new required field can break an old embed if you do not update the page.
Where responses land
- Under Forms, open the form and go to responses, entries, or submissions.
- Review each record: date, data, and status if shown.
- If you set email notifications, check that inbox too (and spam).
- If you connected an external CRM, confirm the lead appeared there (see the integrations guide).
Pluxion is not your internal CRM. Responses live in Forms and, if you connect it, in the external tool you already use.
Mark or archive responses you already handled so new leads do not get lost in the list. If several people on the team review the same form, agree who replies first. That way the customer does not get two different messages on the same day.
Tip
Export or review responses every week at the start. Cold leads get colder if you wait a month.
