Create your first site

New site

Hosting is already in your plan. Creating the site is the step that gets your page ready to go live.

1. In the dashboard, go to Hosting or Sites.
2. Choose create or add a new site.
3. Give it a clear internal name (your brand or the project) so you recognize it later.
4. Confirm creation and wait until the environment is ready.

If the flow offers a domain while creating the site, you can link it now or later. You can also start with a temporary URL and connect the domain when it is ready.

WordPress or your plan option

Depending on your plan, the dashboard may offer WordPress or another site option. Choose the one you will actually use. If you are unsure, WordPress is a common base for business sites. Complete the wizard: language, initial title, and admin access when asked.

Store the site admin username and password somewhere safe. It is not the same as your Pluxion login.

Next step

1. Open the editor or site admin (for example WordPress) and add basic content.
2. Connect your domain when ready (see the guide on connecting a domain to hosting).
3. Publish and test the live URL.
4. Mark on your setup checklist that the site exists.

The design does not need to be perfect on day one. What matters is having the site created, reachable, and a domain on the way.

Tip

Use a site name your team understands. In six months you will be glad you did not name it "site-2-final".
