Integrations and API

Connect Pluxion to your CRM

Send forms and events to your external CRM (there is no Pluxion-built-in CRM).

Forms and events to your external CRM

Pluxion captures data (for example form submissions) and can send it to the CRM tool you already use outside Pluxion. That way your leads follow the sales flow your team already knows.

  1. Create and publish the form under Forms.
  2. Submit a test and confirm the response appears in Pluxion.
  3. Go to Integrations (or the connections area) in the dashboard.
  4. Choose to connect your external CRM and complete the authorization it asks for (account and permissions).
  5. Map basic fields: name, email, phone, message, or source.
  6. Send another test and verify the new contact or deal in your CRM.

If your CRM is not listed, check whether Integrations offers a webhook or API, or open a ticket for current options. Do not expect a native CRM inside Pluxion. It is not part of the product.

Integrations in the dashboard

  1. Open Integrations and API with a role that can manage connections.
  2. Connect only the tools the team will maintain.
  3. Revoke test access or access for people who left.
  4. Document in an internal note what syncs and where it goes.

Fewer live integrations means fewer failure points.

No internal Pluxion CRM

Pluxion does not include an internal CRM for pipeline or native commercial quoting as its own product. The Help Center covers Núcleo: dashboard, domains, hosting, email, email marketing, forms, billing, and integrations to external systems.

If someone on the team asks for "Pluxion's CRM", the right answer is: use your external CRM and connect it. Period.

Tip

Start by mapping only email and name. When that sync is stable, add extra fields. Wiring everything on day one usually creates chaos.
