Invite someone to your organization
Roles, sending an invite, and accepting it.
Roles in your organization
In Pluxion you work inside an organization. You can invite teammates so they can view or manage domains, sites, email, and billing according to the role you give them. Roles usually range from read-only or limited tasks to full administration. Pick the lowest role that still lets them do their job. That reduces risk if someone leaves the team or clicks the wrong thing.
Before you invite, decide what each person needs: publish the site only, manage DNS, or also see invoices. That choice guides the role.
How to send the invite
- In the dashboard, go to your organization, team, or members section.
- Choose invite or add member and enter their email address.
- Select the right role and confirm the send.
- They receive an email with a join link. Ask them to check spam or promotions if it does not show up in a few minutes.
You can resend the invite if it expired or never arrived. If the email already has a Pluxion account, accepting links them to your organization. If not, the flow asks them to create access and then they enter.
Accepting the invite
- Open the invite email and use the link.
- Sign in or create access with the same invited email.
- Confirm that you want to join the organization.
- After accepting, you see the dashboard with the resources your role allows.
If the link fails, ask the admin to resend the invite or check that the email is spelled correctly. Do not share the link in public chats.
Tip
Review the member list from time to time. Remove access that is no longer needed. Fewer active accounts means less confusion and more control.
