Open a support ticket
What to include, timing, and how to follow up.
When to open a ticket
If you already checked the Help Center and you are still stuck, open a ticket. We help with domains, DNS, hosting, email, billing, or any dashboard question. You do not need a perfect message. Clear context gets you a faster answer.
What to include so we can help well
- In the dashboard, go to Support or the Help Center and choose the option to open a ticket.
- Summarize the issue in one sentence (for example: "the domain does not load the site" or "I cannot sign in to webmail").
- Tell us what you already tried: steps, screenshots, or the exact error text.
- Include the domain, site, or mailbox involved, and when it started.
- If it applies, note the approximate time and whether it fails only on one device or browser.
The more concrete the ticket, the fewer back-and-forth messages. If you have a screenshot of the error or the DNS screen, attach it. Do not share passwords in the message.
Response times
We reply during business hours. Most tickets get a first reply the same business day or the next. Urgent cases (site down, customer email not delivering, failed charge) are usually prioritized. If the case needs deeper technical review, we tell you and stay on the same thread.
How to follow up
- Open the dashboard and go to tickets or Support.
- Select your ticket to see new replies and the status.
- Reply in the same thread if we ask for more details. That keeps the context together.
- When it is resolved, close the ticket or confirm that it works.
If the ticket is still open and you see no activity, send a short reply asking for an update. Do not open several tickets for the same issue. It splits attention and slows the fix.
Tip
Before you open a ticket, search the Help Center. Often a two-minute guide unlocks the step. If not, a ticket is the right path. You are in. You are not alone.
