You verify your domain
We set it up on our sending infrastructure with your own DKIM key. If your DNS is at Pluxion we publish the records; if not, we hand them over to copy.

You create your sender
Pick the name and the address your email goes out from. If the domain is already good to go, the sender is verified on the spot.

You build the campaign
Brand, template, content, recipients and review. Save a draft whenever you like and watch the preview while you edit.

You send and measure
Test in your own inbox, hit send and see how many went out. Opens, clicks, bounces and complaints fill in on their own.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Do I have to fight with DNS before I can send?

If your domain is already at Pluxion you touch nothing: we publish DKIM, SPF, MX and DMARC for you and republish the zone. If your DNS lives elsewhere we hand you the exact records with a copy button and then check live which ones are already published.

Are my emails signed with my brand or with Pluxion's?

With yours. We generate a DKIM key that belongs to your domain, so the signature lives there and there's never a CNAME pointing at somebody else's domain. Anyone who receives your email and inspects the headers only sees your domain.

Can I schedule a campaign for Monday?

Not yet. Today sending is immediate: you build the campaign, save it as a draft whenever you like and it goes out the moment you press send. Scheduling arrives together with the send queue, and until it truly works we won't advertise it as available.

My contacts are already in the CRM — do I import them again?

No. Email marketing lists are the same central audiences from Clients, filtered by the email channel. You segment in Clients, push that selection into an audience and it's immediately available as your campaign's recipients.

How are unsubscribes handled?

On their own. Every email carries the one-click unsubscribe header Gmail and Yahoo require, plus a cancellation footer that gets injected even if you forget. Whoever opts out joins the suppression list and stays out of all your future sends.

What happens if I go over my plan's send limit?

We warn you first. From 80% usage a banner appears and an email reaches you; at 100% bulk sending is blocked until the period renews or you upgrade, and then it lifts by itself. Nothing gets charged by surprise.
