Frequently asked questions.

Are they included in my plan or paid separately?

Included, and all thirteen are identical on Starter, Pro and Business. There are no credits to buy and no features held back for the higher plan: any member of your organization gets all of them from day one.

Is what I type, upload or look up stored anywhere?

No. There's no history and no saved results: close the tab and nothing remains. Ten of the thirteen don't even talk to our server — the image you compress, the password you generate and the text you hash never leave your device.

Is there any usage limit?

There are no per-tool counters and no quota to spend. The only real cap is technical: the IP analyzer accepts 20 queries per minute from the same connection, so nobody can use it as a firehose.

Can I also change records with the DNS lookup?

No: this tool queries, it doesn't edit. It's there to check what the internet sees right now. Your domains' records are edited in the managed DNS module, which is what publishes changes to the zone.

Can I send the compressed image to my media library?

Not yet: today you download the compressed file and upload it to the library like any other. The direct hand-off from the compressor, along with batch processing and resizing, is in progress.

What do I actually use the IP analyzer for?

To know where a connection comes from before you decide. It gives you country, city, provider and ASN, and flags VPN, Tor, proxy or datacenter behind it, with a 0-to-100 risk score. Handy for an odd sign-up or a suspicious order.
