In the mailbox

Professional email without running a mail server.

Each mailbox is really created on the server, with its space reserved and its domain registered. And the records that get an email into the inbox are published by us.

01

A new mailbox in five fields

Domain, address, display name, password and size. Hit create and the account exists on the mail server.

  • Choose whatever address you want: hello@, sales@, yourname@
  • Three sizes —500 MB, 1 GB or 5 GB— and the panel tells you how much space is left before you choose
  • If the domain isn't on the mail server yet, we register it with your plan's limits
  • The mailbox gets its welcome email with the access details and the webmail link
  • And the domain's IMAP/SMTP profile creates itself, without you knowing what a port is

Know what's left before you spend it

The panel counts mailboxes, aliases and space, and warns you before you run out of room.

  • Mailboxes created against your plan limit, right in the module summary
  • The size you reserve comes from the same storage as media, forms and backups
  • In-panel and email warning from 80% of any limit
  • At 100% new mailbox creation pauses; the ones you have keep working
  • Upgrade the plan and you create again instantly, with no ticket

Everything else it brings.

0

DNS records you have to touch

When you connect the domain we publish MX, SPF and DMARC; with the first mailbox we add DKIM and the autodiscover CNAMEs.

Your webmail lives at plux.email

One click from the panel opens plux.email with your address already filled in. Type your password and you're in your inbox.

Every address, one inbox

Add sales@, info@ or billing@ as aliases and they deliver to the same mailbox. They're created on the server too, not just in the panel.

Credentials reach the team on their own

Forward the address, the password and the setup guide to whoever you want, with the webmail button inside the email itself.

Someone leaves: you cut their access

Suspend the account and it stops working without deleting anything. Reactivate it whenever, or delete it and the space returns to your plan.

One domain, mailboxes and campaigns

The email you receive and the campaigns you send share one domain, each with its own DKIM signature, without clashing or hurting your reputation.

How it gets going

From the domain to the first email sent.

Four steps, none of them with a mail-server manual open beside you.

  1. 01

    Connect your domain

Buy it at Pluxion or bring the one you already have. On connection we publish the MX to Pluxion's relay, the SPF and the DMARC.

  2. 02

    Create the first mailbox

Address, name, password and size. The account is created on the mail server and the domain is registered with your plan's limits.

  3. 03

    We sign your email

We read the DKIM the server generates, publish it in your zone and add the autodiscover and autoconfig CNAMEs.

  4. 04

    Hand out the accounts

Send each person their address and setup guide, add the aliases you need and adjust sizes whenever necessary.

What's included

What each plan includes.

Corporate email comes inside the plan, not as a per-user licence. Between plans the limits change, not the features.

The space you assign to a mailbox is reserved from day one, full or empty, and comes out of the same storage as the rest of your Pluxion. The module requires an active or trialing plan.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Do I have to buy the domain at Pluxion?
No, but the domain does need to be connected to Pluxion. Buy it here or bring the one you have; what we need is to manage its zone so we can publish the MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC that make your email flow properly.
Can I read my email from Gmail or my phone?
Yes. These are standard IMAP and SMTP mailboxes: incoming on 993 with SSL and outgoing on 465 with SSL. The panel shows those details with a copy button per field, and Outlook and Thunderbird almost configure themselves thanks to the autodiscover records.
What happens when someone leaves the team?
You have two options. Suspending the mailbox cuts access instantly without deleting anything, in case you need something back later. Deleting it also removes it from the mail server and returns its space to your plan. And if it's just a handover, you change the password in ten seconds.
How much of my plan's space does email take?
The size you give each mailbox is reserved the moment you create it, even when empty: a 5 GB mailbox uses 5 GB. That space comes from the same storage as your media, your forms and your backups, so you decide how to split it.
Will my emails end up in spam?
We work so it doesn't. When the domain is connected we publish the MX, the SPF and the DMARC, and as soon as you create the first mailbox we add the DKIM so everything that goes out is signed. DMARC deliberately starts in monitoring mode, so legitimate mail isn't blocked while the zone propagates.
What if I run out of mailboxes?
We warn you first: from 80% of the limit you see the notice in the panel and an email reaches you. If you hit 100%, creating new accounts pauses, but the ones you already have keep receiving and sending normally. As soon as you upgrade, you can create again instantly.
