Clients & audiencesBeta

One client book for everything.

You save each person once — with their details, their company and their owner — and from there your CRM, your campaigns, your forms and your quotes all use it. Audiences group people, not email addresses.

Get started freeSee the benefits
  • One record per person
  • Audiences, not mailing lists
  • Import from CSV or Excel
In your address book

People first; the lists come from there.

Audience membership is stored per person, with or without an email. The sending list is a consequence of that, not a separate table you keep by hand.

01

The full record, not just an email

Ten editable fields per client, designed so you never have to ask for details again when it's time to invoice.

  • First name, last name, email, phone and company
  • Tax ID (NIF, RUC, RFC, CIF or VAT) ready for quoting and invoicing
  • Country from a normalized 69-option list, plus city and address
  • An owner assigned from your organization's members
  • Internal notes up to 5,000 characters, right next to the data
  • A timeline with notes, calls, meetings, tasks and events
02

Audiences that group people

An audience is a group of your organization's clients, not a list of addresses. You decide the channel afterwards.

  • A person with no email can belong to an audience too
  • Turn on the email channel when you want to use it for campaigns
  • Each audience shows how many clients it holds right now
  • Add or remove members in bulk from the manager itself
  • Deleting the audience deletes not a single client
03

Two segments that maintain themselves

Every organization gets two automatic audiences whose membership is recomputed by rule, with nobody touching them.

  • Form leads: they came through a form and ticked the consent box
  • CRM clients: those your team loaded or who already have an opportunity
  • They recompute when you open the screen and with the Refresh button
  • They're read-only: not editable, not deletable, never broken by accident

1

One client, one record

The same email can't repeat inside your organization: not when creating, editing or importing.

Import your list however it comes

Paste from a spreadsheet or upload a CSV: we detect the separator and guess which column is which field.

From search to audience

Filter as you type, tick whoever you want and create the audience from that selection in one click.

Opt-outs are always respected

Anyone who unsubscribed, bounced or flagged spam never returns to your sending list, whatever the entry point.

The same book across Pluxion

CRM opportunities, form leads, quote recipients and campaign lists all point to the very same client.

How it works

From the book to the campaign going out today.

Audience membership is what counts; the sending list is derived from it every time.

  1. 01

    You fill the book

By hand, importing a CSV, with the leads arriving from your forms or from your own system through the API.

  2. 02

    You group into audiences

Tick clients and create the audience, or let the two automatic segments do their part on their own.

  3. 03

You turn on the email channel

Members with an email become subscribers on your sending list, skipping opt-outs, bounces and complaints.

  4. 04

    You send the campaign

Right before sending, the list is rebuilt from real membership: whoever's missing joins, whoever left is dropped.

What's included

What each plan includes.

The client book comes with your plan. What changes between plans is how many audiences you can keep and how many people fit on your sending list.

The two automatic segments take up room inside your audience quota: on Starter that leaves one manual audience, on Pro eight, and on Business there's no cap.

On the roadmap

What we're working on.

Clients & audiences is in beta: it works, we use it, and these are the pieces still missing before we call it done.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

How is a client different from an email marketing contact?
The client is the person: their details, their company, their owner and their history. The email marketing contact is just their address on your sending list, with its consent status. Both are linked by email, so if you already had a mailing list it connects to your client record without duplicating anyone.
Can an audience include people with no email address?
Yes, and that's exactly why audiences are groups of people rather than lists of addresses. Membership is stored per client, email or not. If you turn on the email channel, those who do have an address move onto your sending list and the rest stay in the audience all the same.
If I add someone who unsubscribed to an audience, will they get the campaign?
No. Before projecting anyone onto the sending list we check your organization's unsubscribes, bounces and spam complaints, and skip whoever is on them. We tell you how many were left out and why. The person stays in your client book: what doesn't come back is permission to email them.
How do I bring my list over from Excel or another CRM?
Paste the content straight from the spreadsheet or upload a CSV. We detect whether it's separated by tabs, commas or semicolons, guess which column is which field and let you fix the mapping before anything happens. You get a preview, you choose which audiences they join, and at the end you get a summary of imported, duplicate and errored rows.
What are the automatic audiences and why can't I edit them?
They're two segments your organization gets out of the box: leads that arrived through a form with consent, and clients your team loaded or who already have an open opportunity. Their membership is computed by rule and recomputed on its own, so editing it by hand would break it. If you need a variant, create a regular audience with whoever you want.
The module is in beta. What does that mean exactly?
It means everything on this page works today and we use it daily, but pieces are still missing before we call it done: the listing shows the 500 most recent clients, there's no CSV export and no page per client yet, and your store's buyers aren't created as clients. They're all on the way and listed above, unvarnished.
