In sales

A CRM that already knows how your business sells.

You don't start from a blank sheet: pick your industry and the stages, fields and rules that sector uses appear. From there you just move cards and return calls.

01

Move your pipeline by dragging

Each column is a stage in your pipeline and shows how many opportunities it holds and what they add up to.

  • Drag the card and the opportunity changes stage
  • Every card carries its OP-N reference, amount, health and owner
  • A red alert when the next activity is already overdue
  • A clear warning when an opportunity has no next step
  • Filters by health and owner, sorted by closing date
  • The same funnel as a board or as a table
02

Automations that come pre-installed

Every industry template brings its own rules. Flip them on or off with a switch and see how many times they worked for you.

  • They fire on what happens: contact created, stage moved, deal won
  • They add the client to the audience they belong in
  • They create the follow-up activity with its owner
  • The cycle runs every minute, not when you open the panel
  • A monthly run counter on every rule
03

The five numbers of your funnel

The CRM overview opens with what actually matters, computed from your data and with no spreadsheet in between.

And it plugs into everything else

The CRM isn't an island: it shares clients, forms and quotes with the modules you already use in the same panel.

  • Quote an opportunity and, once it's signed, it marks itself won
  • Client history is shared with the rest of your account
  • A public API with per-token scopes for your own CRM or n8n
  • Signed webhooks when you win, lose or change stage
  • Pluxi writes the integration prompt and creates the token for you

Everything else it brings.

Business templates ready to use

Agency, freelancer, real estate, clinic, restaurant or e-commerce: pick yours and its stages, fields and rules get installed.

Weighted forecast, not wishful math

Each opportunity is weighted by how far it has moved through its pipeline, so you see what you'll really close.

The reminder lands in the inbox

Set a reminder time and an owner, and the email goes out on its own, in your organization's time zone.

Your sales month on one screen

A monthly grid colour-coded by type: meeting, task, event, call or note. Click a day and book right there.

Form leads land in the funnel

Mark which field is the email and which box is consent, and every response becomes a client and an opportunity.

How it gets going

From the first screen to the first sale.

Getting started is two decisions and one click. The rest arrives done.

  1. 01

Choose how you want to work

Three paths: use Pluxion's CRM, connect your own, or run both. The choice is saved and you're never asked again.

  2. 02

Install your industry in one click

Pick one of the six templates and its stages, fields and rules are created. Skip it and you start on a General four-stage pipeline.

  3. 03

    Clients arrive on their own

From your forms with consent on record, from your client book, or created by API from wherever you already work.

  4. 04

You move it, close it, it's logged

Drag the card, the proposal counter updates itself and, on closing, you record the reason. It all stays in the client's history.

What's included

What each plan includes.

The CRM comes complete on any plan: no quotas of its own and no gated features. The only things it shares with your plan are contacts, audiences and sends.

Requires an active or trialing plan. The module is in beta: you can already use it (pipeline, tasks, calendar), but it isn't in the panel menu yet and its own configuration — your stages, your fields, your rules — arrives with the releases below.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Does the CRM cost extra?
No. It comes complete on any plan with an active subscription, and no plan gates features: Starter and Business get the same pipeline, the same industry templates and the same automations. The only things it shares with your plan are contacts, audiences and the emails your rules send.
What does it mean that it's in beta?
It means the module already runs (pipeline, tasks, calendar, metrics, automations and API), but we haven't put it in the panel menu yet, so you get in by direct link. What's missing isn't features, it's you being able to configure them. Editing your own stages, fields and rules is on the way.
Do I have to set it all up myself?
No. Pick your industry from six templates and its stages, fields and rules are installed in one go. If you'd rather not choose, you start on a General four-stage pipeline and can log your first opportunity right away.
What if I already have a CRM that works for me?
Don't switch: we'll connect it. Pluxi asks you four questions, creates a token with the minimum scopes and hands you a ready-made prompt so your AI writes the integration against our public API, with your real URLs and identifiers inside. The model never gets to see the token.
How do clients get into the CRM?
Through your forms, which create the client and — if you enable it — the opportunity, with marketing consent on record. Also by importing from your client book, up to 5,000 rows per batch with no duplicates, or by API from the tool you already use.
Will I forget a call?
Not if you set a reminder time and an owner: we check every fifteen minutes and the email goes to whoever owns it, in your organization's time zone. You can switch it off in Settings → Notifications. That email goes out in Spanish today; the bilingual version is on the way.
